Kimpton Cardinal Hotel, an IHG Hotel

Everything. Our stay at the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel, an IHG Hotel, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire experience. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding and stylish decor that create a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The dining experience was also a highlight. Justin from Catherine’s bar was just incredible. He came to check on us, made sure we received excellent service, and personally took AMAZING care of us. When we returned for dinner he visited us and asked about our drinks and food; and when we prepared to leave he expressed HIS appreciation for having us there. He made us feel so welcomed and really special. We all fell in love with him and even if I were just passing through W-S I would think to stop at Catherine’s to have a drink and a meal for the excellent food yes! But especially to see him!!!

An awesome building with lots of character and great amenities. The game room was awesome. The rooms a comfy, clean, and very nice. The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Winston Salem.

Nice old looking building! Big nice bathroom! Some staff was nice and friendly some were stuck up and acted like they didn’t care about their chosen career.

Absolutely love this hotel! It is our second stay and so happy we stayed here again with our soccer team. It was a great place for our boys to have to hangout during down time. They loved being in the rec room and playing chess. Housekeeping and the front desk was great. The gym is well equipped and the restaurant was great the 3 times we went!
